One record, three faces. Every claim in ClaimsHive is seen from three sides: the affiliate who brought it in, the team who triaged it, and the buyer who takes it on. The mark draws exactly that. Three faces sit around a single hexagonal cell, the claim record itself. Each face touches the record; no face touches another. Read at a glance it is a solid, well-packed box, which is what a buyer is paying for. It keeps the hive, drops the cartoon bee, and speaks the language a sceptical operations director respects: structure, compartments, control. The palette is ink and a single warm ochre, typeset in a condensed grotesque that reads like the stencilling on well-kept equipment.
The mark
Three views around one hexagonal record. Each touches the record, none touch each other.
Construction
A regular hexagon, cut into three equal rhombi and pushed apart by a gap of one twentieth of its width. A smaller hexagon is cut from the centre where the three meet: the honeycomb cell, the one record everyone works from. Corners carry a small radius so the mark holds together but never looks soft. The gaps are the idea: three parties, one record, no leaks between them.
Short form: the symbol alone, or CH in running text where space is tight, for example in a ticket reference or an email subject prefix.
Clear space: the height of one face on all sides. Minimum size: 16px, using the separately drawn small symbol.
Colour
Ink does the work. Ochre marks the one thing that matters on a screen.
